About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician with expertise in both electrical and mechanical engineering, working in a day shift schedule, your day starts on the production floor. You perform routine inspections of the installations, ensure everything is running smoothly, and step in immediately whenever a malfunction occurs. You play a key role in keeping the production process operational.

No two days are the same. One day, you may be carrying out planned maintenance; the next, you could be resolving an urgent breakdown. You are quick to respond, practical in your approach, and focused on preventing issues from recurring. Working at the heart of the operation, you have a direct impact on production success.

You are the technical expert who maintains oversight of all equipment and installations. You understand what is happening across the machinery fleet and ensure everything operates as efficiently as possible. If you identify an opportunity for improvement, you take action. You do not just solve problems—you also work on structural improvements. You follow all applicable procedures and safety regulations, ensuring the reliability of the equipment. In addition, you share your knowledge with colleagues and contribute to a strong and self-sufficient team.

You have a technical background and experience as a maintenance technician in a production environment. You understand how machinery works and are not afraid to get hands-on.

Education & Experience

• MBO-level working and thinking ability (vocational education level or equivalent)

• Background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience as an all-round maintenance technician

• Good command of the Dutch language
