As Product Manager within Palital, you will be globally responsible for product strategy and portfolio development of our unique additives.

You are the first point of contact within the organisation for additives (Enzymes & Butyrate) related questions. You are the connecting factor in disseminating your knowledge & information to the various departments, including management, sales, marketing, production, supply chain and R&D.

In addition:

• You have the necessary market knowledge and know the market like no other. You monitor (new) market trends in the field of enzymes, butyrate and intestinal health.

• You are responsible for managing the product life cycle and initiate and update product policies.

• In collaboration with Marketing, you draft the Product marketing plan. In doing so, you translate the sales targets together with Sales and the regional Business Managers.

• Within your product portfolio responsibility, you guide and support the Business Managers. You offer them relevant help, or coaching where necessary.

• You work out annual budgets and ensure profitability in line with established strategies.

• You regularly report progress and activities to the Head of Product Management;.

• A completed higher education towards Animal Nutrition or similar (Bioengineer, Veterinarian, ...).
  A first relevant work experience.

• Excellent knowledge of the English language.

• Living in the Benelux.

• Willing to travel internationally for 30% of the time.
